Health Insurance

Vacation Time
We provide a structured paid time off plan designed to support rest, balance, and long-term wellness. Paid time off begins after 90 days of employment and increases with length of service.
Our paid time off policy includes vacation time, personal time, and flexibility for life’s important moments. We recognize that employees perform best when they have time to rest and recharge, which is why paid time off is a core part of our employment perks.
Employees can also use vacation days as part of a broader paid time off system that supports both full-time and eligible part-time employees.
Retirement
Employees who work at least 1,000 hours per year are eligible to participate in the Garten retirement plan after one year of service. Our retirement plan for employees is designed to help build long-term financial security.
In addition to our retirement plan, we also offer an optional TSA plan that allows employees to contribute additional savings toward their future.
