Garten’s leadership team is committed to advancing our mission through thoughtful leadership, strategic planning, and a deep dedication to the people we serve. Working alongside employees, community partners, and our Board of Directors, our executive team provides the vision and direction that guide Garten’s programs, services, and mission-based businesses while ensuring the organization continues to grow and create meaningful opportunities for people with disabilities in the Salem, OR community and beyond. 

Our Board of Directors is comprised of community and local leaders with expertise in a wide range of areas, including mental health, advocacy, education, finance, law, sustainability, and business management. The Board meets monthly. It is responsible for taking care of the strategic and financial health of Garten on an ongoing basis.
