For Mobile Shred processing, as with Standard Pick Up Shred Service, Garten can service your containers or provide your organization with lockable roll carts for your confidential documents. Based on your agreed upon schedule one of our mobile shred trucks comes to your location to perform on-site shredding. Materials are destroyed just outside your facility through a shredding process that exceeds Oregon State Archivist standards for confidential destruction. A representative from your company may observe the document destruction—a process known as “witness shred”. Garten staff issues a signed Receipt/Certificate of Destruction for all materials destroyed. The shredded material is then transported to our facility for recycling. (Mobile Shred carries a minimum fee of $70.00.)

Simply bring your containers of confidential documents by our offices. Your documents are shredded that same day. For those that are particularly security minded, Garten offers a Witness Shred Service where from a secure distance you can witness the destruction of your confidential documents. All walk-in and witness shred processing must be paid at the time of delivery (via check, cash, Visa, Mastercard or American Express). Invoicing may occur only after a pre-approved credit application.

Walk In Shredding of paper is only 30¢ per pound with a $20.00 minimum.

Witnessed walk in shredding is 48¢ per pound with a $36.00 minimum.

Photos and XRAYS are 44¢ per pound with a $15.00 minimum. XRAYS must be separated from the paper.

NO presorting of types of paper necessary.

NO need to remove: Staples, Paper clips or Post-It Notes
