Table Captain

As a Table Captain, your goal is to invite guests to fill a table for six. Your guests will have the opportunity to directly learn about Garten’s life changing programs and services that directly impact hundreds of individuals with disabilities in the Willamette Valley. While there is no cost to attend, we hope that your guests will support our work!

Table Captains are encouraged to schedule a group tour at any of the following Garten locations: Hawthorne, Programs & Services, or Garten Recycling. This provides guests with a firsthand experience of our mission and work before attending the luncheon.

Please utilize the Table Captain Packet below for important information, dates, tips on how to invite guests to your table: friends, family, advocates, activists, leaders, co-workers, customers, anyone you know who can would be interested in supporting the work we do. During the event, you’ll serve as a strong Garten advocate by encouraging those you invited to get involved, donate, or partner with us.

Table Captains are key supporters whose commitment is vital to providing equitable programs and services to people with disabilities in the Willamette Valley.
