Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
General Position Summary:
Provide quality periodics service according to custodial contracts within the division along with providing relief for other personnel within the division when required. Performs all work in a safe manner and meets Garten quality standards.
Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities:
- Perform periodics services (floor care, windows, etc.) in a manner that meets division standards and maintains customer satisfaction.
- Provide site coverage in the absence of supervisors and/or employees within Custodial Services.
Secondary Functions:
- Provide service for additional/special requests.
- Coordinates periodics services to meet the contract specifications.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education and/or Experience Required:
- A minimum of 6-12 months experience/training in custodial equipment operation, and using
- custodial chemicals and supplies.
- A high school education or equivalent.
